JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plan, organize and control the activities and action of the HR department
- Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives and systems
- Develop and administer human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
- Perform and implement compensation and benefits administration, payroll administration for both local and foreigner
- Develop, revise and recommend personnel policies and procedures
- Maintain and revise the company handbook on policies and procedures
- Oversee recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and employee movement/mobilization

Position: DRIVER (HEAVY VEHICLE)
No of position: 01 only (IMMEDIATELY)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum O Level
- Age: 25 – 45 years old.
- At least 2 years experience as driver (either Hiab, Trailer or Prime mover).
- Experience of relevant 40/45 ft high bed trailer and low bed trailer.
- Posses a class 2, 3, 4, 5, and 11 driving license.
- Must have clean driving record and solid work history.
- Have good interpersonal skills; integrity, honesty & multitasking.
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work and communicate, cooperate within various work groups professionally.
- Able to work and carryout any task independently without supervision.
- Execute task, perform, and obey direction from company or client’s representative within the framework of company’s organisation for example following the prescribed route, prescribed task, or taking breaks at prescribed time and locations with a satisfactory level of performance.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Inspect truck before and after trips and submits report indicating prime mover / trailer / Hiab condition
- Maintain good working relationship and communication line with the authority, company, and clients at the HQ or supply base
- Loads or unloads, or assists in loading and unloading activity
- Ensure vehicle services within maintenance requirement to maintain prime mover / trailer / Hiab
- Keep records of goods dispatched or received
- Delivery material to destination, unload material and complete paperwork
- Inventories and inspects goods to be moved
- Gives directions to helper in packing and moving goods to trailer / Hiab
- Drivers Prime mover / trailer / Hiab combination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulation, to transport and deliver products or materials, usually over long distance
- Maneuvers truck into loading or unloading position, following signals from loading crew as needed
- Adhere to law on commercial vehicle operation as per national and local authorities
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Qualification in GCE O Level
