Experience : 1-3 years preferred

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, particularly in AP and AR.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting operations, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
  • Process supplier invoices, payment documents, and customer invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Verify invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, and supporting documents.
  • Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and assist with supplier payments.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts.
  • Assist with bank and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation.
  • Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
  • Support the Finance team with other accounting and administrative duties as required.
  • Ensure accounting transactions are recorded accurately and on time.

 

 

Position : CRANE OPERATOR

No of positions : 01 only (IMMEDIATELY)

Experience : 3-5 years preferred

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a heavy crane operator, preferably in jetty, marine, oil & gas, or industrial operations.
  • Proven experience operating SANY 220-ton mobile crane or equivalent heavy-lifting crane.
  • Good knowledge of SANY crane electronic control systems, including digital displays, load moment indicator (LMI), safety alarms, and monitoring

    • systems.

  • Able to understand and respond appropriately to electronic warning codes, alarms, and system faults.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical crane systems.
  • Able to carry out daily pre-start inspections and operational checks.
  • Experienced in lifting and handling heavy equipment, cargo, pipes, materials, and marine/jetty-related loads.
  • Good understanding of lifting plans, load charts, crane capacity, radius, boom configuration, and safe working limits.
  • Familiar with jetty and marine safety procedures, including working near water and coordinating with riggers, banksmen/signalmen, and lifting

    • supervisors.

  • Strong understanding of HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, toolbox meetings, and lifting operations.
  • Valid and recognized crane operator certification/licensed.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a jetty operations team.
  • Experience with electronic diagnostics and basic troubleshooting of crane systems is an advantage.
